Yesterday was my birthday. (Woohoo!) Four birthdays ago, I was given my very first D-SLR, a Nikon D40. It was awesome! I wasn’t really into photography until then; didn’t take it seriously, anyway. Having my very own “good” camera made me feel free and inspired! Life is so beautiful, and I love to capture so many aspects of it. This is basically a “special thank you” post. I wouldn’t be where I am today in photography – probably wouldn’t be ANYwhere in photography – if it wasn’t for my friend who put a D40 in my hands. There’s not a day that I’m not grateful!
